Ombuds of Texas
Organization
The Ombuds of Texas organization is an informal alliance of government, university, corporate, school district and municipality ombuds (classical or organizational) in Texas. The Ombuds of Texas is a working group with no authority or advocacy with any of the member's organizations or members themselves.
Mission Statement
The Ombuds of Texas organization is a collaboration of ombuds in Texas dedicated to excellence of the ombuds practice and continual professional growth and mutual support of all ombuds in Texas.

What's New
8/6/10
The agenda for the August 11th meeting is now available on the "Meetings and Agenda" page. The main topic will
be "Evolution of the Ombuds", dealing with the emergence and roles of ombuds. This meeting will be in Austin at the LCRA Dalchau Service
Center (same location as our May meeting), about 3 miles west of the Austin/Bergstrom Airport. Click here for a map.
