Organization
The Ombuds of Texas organization is an informal alliance of government, university, corporate, school district and municipality ombuds (classical or organizational) in Texas. The Ombuds of Texas is a working group with no authority or advocacy with any of the member's orgnaizations or members themselves.
Mission Statement
The Ombuds of Texas organization is a collaboration of ombuds in Texas dedicated to excellence of the ombuds practice and continual professional growth and mutual support of all ombuds in Texas.

1/28/10
The agenda for the February 10th meeting is now available on the "Meetings and Agenda" page. The general theme
of the meeting will be workplace hostility and will feature two speakers from Marathon Oil, Marla A. Moore, Senior Attorney Law-Human
Resources speaking on “Legal Implications of Bullying” and Gail B. Rogers, Adv. Senior Organizational Development Consultant, Human Resources-Organizational
Development speaking on “Employee Relations Impact of Bullying”. Please note, this is our first meeting out of Austin, we'll be meeting
at the Marathon Oil offices in Houston.
We've added a new section to our website with information about the leadership team and
